The mattress is of superior quality and much better than I have had before from other well known brands like silent night etc. even when paying quite a high price for them. My back has been painful recently and that has improved greatly. My husband is a big guy,(about 6ft 4) and not skinny, I manage to keep to my side of the bed without rolling. He laughs at me on a nightly basis because as I get into bed I always say, “Have I mentioned how much I love this new mattress?” This was purchased as a Groupon deal, however I will definately come to you in the future. It is also nice to be able to support a smaller company for a change. Thank you and I wish you well in this difficult financial climate.

All I can say is I don’t know why we didn’t do it much earlier. This 2000 pocket sprung mattress is perfect! Just the right balance between the firmness of the springs and the softness of the top layer. It seems really well made as well and at such a good price! Jane Moys, Very easy to do business withHi, I ordered a new mattress from your groupon offer last month & firstly the delivery was delayed & then the wrong size was delivered tues. Although I have encountered these minor setbacks, I cannot fault your staff! Their communication has been excellent, they have been polite & friendly throughout & very a accommodating when it came to the swapping over of the mattresses! To top it off, I am extremely pleased with my mattress – we had memory foam one before which was about 3 1/2 times the price of the one we purchased from you & nowhere near as comfy. I will leave feedback on your site but also just wanted to write & say thank you too as people only usually do so to complain!! I think everyone understands that there are problems out of a company’s control & also human errors that lead to delays & mistakes; but it is how these problems are dealt with by the company that has an effect on their reputation.
