The japanese know a thing about making the most of space…hence they invented the futon, with it’s dual usage as either a really comfortable sleepover bed or folded up into a deep padded chair

Our futon set features a high quality well padded mattress and solid pine frame…that is easily laid out to offer  a totally flat bed.

Our mattresses are handmade and tufted by our specialist upholsterers at our site in the west country…using a combination of quality fillings for maximum comfort and long life. All covered in lovely poly/cotton drill which is hardwearing but soft too the touch..for that added comfort.the mattresses have been specifically designed for our solid pine futon frames

The frames are again handmade by us in the west country, using specially sourced pine from the forests of northern europe to ensure the quality. Folding totally flat easily, so your guest has a great nights sleep

the mattress is available in a great selection of 6 modern colours to suit all homes: red, black, natural, brown, pink & navy
